Please be aware of the following important information for your visit to Ferrari World:

1. Fiorano GT Challenge will be unavailable from February 1 to March 17.

2. Formula Rossa Junior will be unavailable from February 20 to February 21.

3. Formula Rossa will be unavailable from April 15 to April 21.

4. Food and drinks, including alcohol, are not allowed inside Ferrari World.

5. Pets are not permitted on the tour, except for service animals.

6. Be sure to check the exact operational hours of the venue the day before your visit, as they may change depending on the season or if maintenance is required.

7. Some attractions may be unavailable due to maintenance.

8. Delays in the opening of some rides and attractions may occur. Please check the in-park screens during your visit for updates.

9. Height restrictions apply to all rides. Please check before you get in line.

11. Formula Rossa requires a reservation, and time slots are limited. Guests must book on-site, with availability on a first-come-first-served basis.

12. To book your time slot for Formula Rossa, scan the QR codes available in various areas inside the park, or visit the information desk for assistance.

13. Standard fast track is not valid for the Formula Rossa queue. An upgraded fast track can be purchased at the park for AED 50, granting access to one ride.

14. It’s important to arrive at Formula Rossa at the pre-booked time slot. Entry without a reservation for the specific time slot will not be allowed.

15. Booking is limited to one time slot per day.

16. You can book for up to five participants using the same email, but each email can only be used once per visit.

17. Bring your ticket with you when you visit the attraction.

18. Operators may cancel rides for unforeseen reasons.

19. To book or participate in rides, you must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult.

20. Children aged 0 to 2 years can participate for free.
